On your arrival at the building entrance, please enter the `Building door code`. Please proceed to your apartment and enter the `Apartment door code` on the key safe next to your apartment door. The apartment key will be available inside. Please ensure the Key Safe is locked and your individual apartment code is removed.

CHECK OUT DATE: Sunday 15th May no later than 11:00 AM
Be aware that you have up to 48 hours to report any damage to the apartment or any fault equipment, otherwise, we will assume that everything is in order. Upon check-out, in case there are any damages, it will be charged the cost to replace/repair them. We do make available a copy of the inventory for your access upon request.
If the Guest is found to be smoking and/or vaping in the apartment or building, the guest will charge an additional fee of £300, which could also include additional cleaning costs.
Please note that out insurance policy does not cover any personal belongings of the tenant (guest) or any other occupiers of the property.
