On arrival at the development park outside (unless gate is open) and enter via the pedestrian gate located at the side of the main gates.
The code to the gate is C2380.
Once in the development walk/drive down to the end of the road passing the park area on the left.
On arrival at the bike store take a right and you will see the entrance to the building which is up a couple of steps.
The code to the door is 01234 then press the enter button.
The keys will be in the letterbox number 44 located in the hallway on the left wall as you enter the building.
The code to the letterbox is 440 once you have the keys and gate fob please secure the letterbox by rotating the thumb wheels.
The apartment is located on the ground floor to the left of the stairs, through the double doors and is the first on the left,
The allocated parking space numbered 44 is opposite the entrance door along the boundary fence.
Once you have the gate fob you can bring your car into the development. The fob only needs to be used on entry as the gates open automatically on exit when you are near to the gates.
One of the top buttons on the gate fob will open the gates.
