Accessing your property: Navigate to Bloom East, located at 55 Nine Elms Lane, Nine Elms, London SW11 7DS. During business hours, the entrance doors to the building will open automatically. If you are arriving after hours, please press the call button on the access panel to the right of the door. Walk to the reception desk to your left, and inform the team that you are an Urban Rest guest checking in, providing your name and unit number. You will be provided with a set of keys.Please proceed straight ahead to the elevators. To operate them, hold your fob on the black panel reader located beneath the up button. Once you hear a continuous beep and see a green light, you can call the lift. Upon entering the lift, press the button associated with your floor number.Once reaching your unit, place the fob against the access panel on your door to gain entry to the apartment, and other shared areas of the property. Consult the property manual for insight into guest amenities and how to use the appliances.
