We operate a self check-in system. Full instructions will be sent to you by email once we receive your booking. We will send you the key collection instructions to enter the apartment after clearance of accommodation/damage deposit fees and receipt of a valid photo ID.
You may check in from 15:00 and check out at 11:00.
For bookings made for the same day after 6pm, please check-in at our partner Central Park hotel located on 3-15 Wilberforce Road, N4 2SN, London and present some form of photo identification. Once the accommodation/damage deposit fees have been paid, you will be provided with the door code to enter your apartment.
We provide our guests with a 24/7 helpline – 0044 (0) 207 354 5850 (Central Park Hotel) for any evening/weekend emergencies or problems on arrival after hours. Our offices are open from 09:00-18:00 every day and we may be contacted on 0044 (0) 203 637 0064.
