If you will be arriving after office hours please find below the instructions on how to collect your keys when our reception is closed.
Premier Suites is located on 14-17 Lower Leeson Street, directly across the road from Catholic University School and the Institute of Education. Once at the front door you will see the keypad on frame of the door, please press 8564.
When you enter the building, on your right-hand side there is a safe on the wall. In the safe there is an envelope with your name on it containing welcome letter and key cards to your apartment and a car parking fob and tag if you have pre-booked a car space.
To open the safe, you need to press ENTER, and then punch in a code 141781. And then press ENTER again. After withdrawing your envelope, please close the safe again by holding the safe door closed and pressing CLOSE button. To get to your apartment please enter through the double doors (using the code provided) into the lobby and you will see the lift on the on the right-hand side.
Should you require car parking, please advise us immediately so that we can provide you with a car parking pass, this is subject to availability and must be booked prior to arrival as we will not be able to provide parking on arrival for a late check-in. Car parking is €15.00 per night. Loss or damage to car parking pass will result in a €50.00 charge.
In your apartment there is a Guest Information Folder, it is located on the desk in the living area – you will find instructions on how to use kitchen facilities i.e., washing machine / dishwasher etc. information about the local area and services are also available.
Our reception is open from 8am and 6pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays, we would be delighted to help you with any queries you may have. Please do come to reception to register your details with us.
In the event of an emergency please dial ‘’1111’’ from your apartment or +353 1 6381111 from your mobile and your call will be diverted to our emergency line.
