Express check in instructions:
Check in is from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival and check out is up until 10am on the day of departure.
Upon arrival at The Spires, please make your way next door to the right of reception, you will see a small key pad on the left hand side of the door, enter the code 251554 A into the keypad and you will gain access to the building.
Once inside the building on the left hand side above the black Express Check Out box on the wall you will see a small cut in cupboard. Open this cupboard and you will find the key safe.
The code for the safe is: # 251554 #
Once the code is entered you will be able to open the safe. Please follow the instructions on the outside of the safe.
Inside the safe you will find an envelope with the surname of the lead guest and the envelope contains your apartment keys.
The envelope contains all the apartment information, arrival information and your keys. Please read the information enclosed. Once you have removed the keys from the safe please make sure you close the door over and turn the handle to lock the safe again.
Prior to your arrival please can you send us your name, address, phone number and email address and photo of your photo ID for track and trace and registration purposes. Once we have your email we can send you a COVID-19 safety letter for you to complete electronically.
Parking Information :
The Spires Glasgow have an arrangement with the NCP Glasshouse parking facility across the street.
In your envelope we have enclosed a discount voucher. If you require more please contact the duty manager on the number below. If you do not require the voucher, please leave them with your apartment keys in the Express Check Out box in the lobby. Please have in mind that you also need your original NCP ticket to exit the car park.
