Our reception is open Monday and Friday 9am – 8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 7pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm, GEORGE SQUARE ONLY – where our reception team will be happy to help.
The access code for the main door during your stay is:3510.
Next to the lift you will find key safe No 4 – the code is 4732 and you will find your apartment key.
PLEASE USE THE BATH STREET ENTRANCE TO FIND YOUR ROOM. This entrance is located at the front of the building.
Your apartment number is 401, which is located on the 4th floor .
Check out is at 11.00 AM
Late check out incurs a charge.

Please may we draw your attention to the emergency exit plan, which is located on the back of the front door to your apartment.
If you wish to check out before reception opens please deposit your key in the Express Check out Box located on the 1ST floor.
