Accessing Your Apartment:
• Upon arrival at the main entrance, please locate the key pad beside the door. • Enter the code 7852 and then push the door to open. • Once inside the building, please make your way to Flat 1 on the ground floor. • Once at the apartment, please locate the electronic lock system on the apartment door. • Tap the device on the screen to wake it up. • Enter the code 213189122 and then press the padlock symbol before using the door handle to gain access to the apartment. Weekly Housekeeping and Maintenance Service:
Weekly Housekeeping Services are for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Please note: it's essential that our maintenance technicians enter the apartment weekly (irrespective of the length of your stay) in order to complete their weekly maintenance checks - many thanks for your understanding here.
- Your weekly Housekeeping Service will take place at some point between 9am and 6pm every TUESDAY.

Lost Property and Left Items: Regrettably, we are unable to take responsibility for any items left in your apartment. Please ensure you take all your belongings with you upon departure.
Mail: If a code is required for your mailbox, it will show here:
You can receive mail at your apartment’s address during your stay, but we are unable to forward on letters after your departure. To redirect your mail, please contact the nearest post office or visit www.postoffice.co.uk/redirection.
Damage: In the unlikely event of damage occurring during your stay to the property, furnishings and fixtures, please refer to our damage policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Smoking: All our apartments are strictly non-smoking.* If you would like to find a place to smoke close to your apartment, please contact the Guest Services Team prior to your arrival for advice on the designated smoking areas.
