In case you do indeed arrive beyond this time, we have prepared the below information / self check-in procedure - Do let us know if you have any questions, regarding your arrival at your earliest.
- Upon arrival to the front door of the building, there is a podium with a keypad. Please use the code Not Required to enter the building – Please note, it is only the left hand-side door that can be opened (push or pull the door)
- Once inside the reception area, on the right hand-side of the lobby there are wooden post boxes for each apartment – You’re apartment is Not Required – Inside the post box for Not Required there will be a white envelope with your name written on the front.
- Inside the envelope will be the welcome letter which gives all information of the building (including Wi-Fi information, contact details etc.), as well as the apartment’s key card. The key card will give access to both the apartment as well as the front door of the building. Touch the key pad on the podium outside the front of the building to gain access, and there is a green ‘exit’ button next to the front door on your left to exit the building.
- Once inside the apartment, please place the key card into the slot on the wall near the apartment entrance for the lights and air conditioning unit to work.
Please note there is an app available for apartment access, which you can get from Guest Services, from 7am the next morning, to make entering your apartment easier – However, the front door will be coded access only for now.
