I hope this email finds you well.
Unfortunately we will not have a member of staff present at the reception on the day of your arrival, after 23:00.
In case you do indeed arrive beyond this time, we have prepared the below information / self check-in procedure - Do let us know if you have any questions, regarding your arrival at your earliest.
- Upon arrival to the front door of the building, there is a podium with a keypad. Please use the code *7623 to enter the building – Please note, it is only the left hand-side door that can be opened (pull the door)
- Once inside the reception area, on the right hand-side of the lobby there are wooden post boxes for each apartment – You’re apartment is #112– Inside the post box for #112 there will be a white envelope with your name written on the front.
- Inside the envelope will be the welcome letter which gives all information of the building (including Wi-Fi information, contact details etc.), as well as the CODE to access your apartment using the digital lock
- Once inside the apartment, please place the key card into the slot on the wall near the apartment entrance for the lights and air conditioning unit to work > The key card is only for the electricity & A/C only.
Please note there is an app available for apartment access, which you can get from Guest Services, from 7am the next morning, to make entering your apartment easier – However, the front door will be coded access only for now.
If you have any further questions regarding your stay or the apartment, the desk will continue to manned from 07:00 the following morning and a member of the team will be more than happy to assist.
