Gaining Access to your New Property
1. Locate the Key Safe
Once at the front of the property you will find the key safe to the right of the door.
2. Opening the Key Safe
- Pull down the black cover
- Enter your 4-digit code which is 2203
- Push down the latch.
- Open Key Safe, pulling the front down from the top.
- Shut the Key Safe, jumble up the code and then close the cover
- Use this Key to open the front door and access the property during your stay.
Parking
The free street parking is located on Bilton Street, which is the street behind this property.
To get to the free street parking, please go to the bottom of Penkhull New Road, turn right on London Road and then immediately right again to turn up Bilton Street. This street has free parking for you. You can either park on the street or in the small free car park at the top of the hill.
Once parked, the fastest way to the house is using the small cut-through lane at the top of Bilton Street then turn right onto Penkhull New Road and the house is on your right. Alternatively you can head to the bottom of the hill, take two lefts and head back up Penkhull New Road until you reach the house.
