Payment
Full payment is payable prior to check-in.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 per apartment is required upon arrival using valid credit card. This will be refunded on or after departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay. The Apartment Operator provides no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. Parking for van is available nearby and is chargeable.
Additional Information
No parties allowed as this is also a residential apartment complex. Parties will be asked to leave without refund. Please note damage to / missing items or excessive clean up charges are incurred at cost. These apartments have a strict non smoking policy. |
