Since the apartment is part of new development, it may not appear in your satellite navigation.

Once you arrive at the Canalside Roundabout follow the road as shown below:
Drive down until you find the parking gate to Union Court on your right hand side.
You will see some lockboxes on the lefthand side to the gate.
Use your access code ( Access Code: 4158 )to open the lockbox and obtain the keys and parking permit.
The code will be displayed in the ’General’ section under ’Access Code’ on the day of arrival.
**IMPORTANT**** Sometimes the lockbox may get jammed if the previous guest has not put the keys in neatly. You can resolve this by pressing against the grey lid of the lockbox whilst pulling down the black lever.**
Enter the car park and find Bay 67and**** display the permit clearly on your dashboard.
The parking is very strict so please make sure you use the correct space and clearly display the permit to avoid a parking ticket.
Using your access fob enter the door by the blue area and take the lift to the 4th floor where you will find flat 31
Walking or No Car?
If you are not driving then you can simply go through the front entrance once you collect the keys.
To get there you need to walk up the steps as shown below.
Present your fob at the front entrance intercom device and make your way to the Floor 4, Flat 31.
Check out time is by 10am. Kindly ensure you check out by this time to avoid a late check out fine.
Please ensure all lights are switched off, windows are shut, and the entrance door is securely locked when checking out.
After which, put the set of keysand parking permit back into lockbox labelled YP1 by the car park gate.
Kindly note that failure to return the keys and parking permit will result in a charge against your security deposit.
