Accessing Your Apartment:
• Our Kings Oak apartments are located on the corner ofJunction Road opposite St George's Car Park.
• Upon arrival at Kings Oak please use the small grey keypad below the large keypad for access to the building door, please enter code 2037. • Once inside, please locate the elevators passed the stairs on the left-hand side. Use the button to access floor 4 and wait for the elevator to head to the correct floor.
• Once on floor 4, please locate the electronic keypad and use the code 2468 to gain access through the door.
• Once at flat 21, please locate the electronic lock system on the apartment door.
• Tap the device on the screen to wake it up.
• Enter the code 963904390 and then press the padlock symbol before using the door handle to gain access to the apartment. (If you don’t use this code within 24 hours after the below arrival time, it will expire – please contact us directly if this happens).
• Please remember both codes for the duration of your stay.

Your parking instructions for Flat 21, Kings Oak House are as follows:
- All the bays are located in a gated car park at the start of Junction Road on the left hand side.
• Please use the code 19780 on the padlock located on the bottom left hand corner.
• Parking at Kings Oak does not require you to display a parking permit.
• Please ensure that your park in any available bay.
• Flying Butler will not be liable for any parking fines.
