Please make your way to the following address and use the following Access Codes to gain entry to your apartment and parking space. ( You will need to pick up your Keys from the The Hub Address 1st )

PLEASE NOTE: The allocated PARKING BAY for this apartment is BAY 10. You may be subject to a parking fine if you park in Bay 9 or elsewhere other than BAY 10.  

The parking fob and fob for door access can be accessed via a key safe box located outside the hub car park. The keysafe for Gihon Homes has the initials GH2 

The Hub Milton Keynes Car Park, South Fifth St, Milton Keynes, MK9 2FX 

The keysafe code is 0980 

The parking bay number is displayed on the parking permit. Ensure you display the permit the right way up to avoid getting parking charges.  

Flat 9 is located level 2 and has a smart keylock. To activate the code numbers on the smart keylock, place all four fingers onto the pad. The code for the apartment door is 3015*

NOTE 

The fob opens the underground parking door, front entrance to the building. The main entrance to the hub restaurants is on level 0. 

The communal refuse area is based on floor -1 where the underground parking is.  

CHECK OUT is at 10:00AM on your day of your departure. Please place keys and parking permit back in the key safe box, scramble the code and close the latch for security purposes.
