The parking remote and fob for door access can be accessed via a key safe box located outside the hub car park. The keysafe for Gihon Homes has the initials GH
The Hub Milton Keynes Car Park, South Fifth St, Milton Keynes, MK9 2FX
The keysafe code is 8182
The parking bay number is displayed on the parking permit. Ensure you display the permit the right way up to avoid getting parking charges.
Flat 52 is located level 5 and has a smart keylock. To activate the code numbers on the smart keylock, place all four fingers onto the pad. The code for the apartment door is 0790*
NOTE
The remote opens the underground parking door, front entrance to the building . The main entrance to the hub restaurants is on level 0.
The communal refuse area is based on floor -1 where the underground parking is.
CHECK OUT is at 10:00AM on your day of your departure. Please place keys and parking permit back in the key safe box, scramble the code and close the latch for security purposes.
