Key Collection in this instance is from the Office open from 9:00am to 3:00pm, please confirm you will be able to pick up the keys below in Central Oxford which is 10 minute' walk from Store in Westgate Centre, Oxford.
Key Collection:
** Please note that you do not go to the property to collect keys.**
Keys for the property should be collected from 12:00pm from City Short Lets office, the details of which are listed below. The office closes at 3:00pm.
** In the event that you will be arriving outside of these hours, please note that you will need to have made an arrangement for us to meet you at the property and fees of between £25 and £100 will be charged depending upon the time and day of your arrival. **

All of our properties are NON-SMOKING. Fines are levied where evidence of smoking is found and this may include cleaning of upholstery and soft furnishings (please refer to your Booking Form for further details)
Housekeeping
Cleaning is charged at £18 per hour and there is a minimum charge of 2 hours, unless cleaning takes place at the same time as the linen change service when 1 hour of cleaning can be requested. Please email shortlets@pennyandsinclair.co.uk with the hours and day(s) if you require this service. You can request that the cost of the cleaning be deducted from your damage deposit providing there are sufficient funds and depending upon the length of your stay.
Check out details:
We will meet you at the property for the Check Out which normally takes place between 9am and10am. We will, however, contact you closer to the time to make specific arrangements with you. We do try to accommodate check-out time requests after 10am, however, we may not be able to do so, if we have guests arriving on the same day as your departure.
The property should be left in the condition in which you found it. Please ensure that all windows & balconies are locked, towels are left in the bathroom, do not strip the beds, the fridge and freezer are empty and all rubbish has been taken out of the property. Please also ensure that you have taken all of your personal possessions. A brief walkthrough of the property will be carried out with you.
