Welcome to your new apartment in Marylebone, London. Please find following details for a smooth check-in. Once you collect your keys from our Key Collect Point your apartment will be a short 8 minute's walk from key pick-up. ( all apartment details will be in your arrival envelope )
Key Collection
In office hours Key Collection between 10.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays). During office hours keys are to be collected from Globe Apartments, 45 Chiltern Street, London W1U 6LU. Contact number: +44 (0)20 7935 9512.
Out of hours Key Collection at all other times
Keys are collected from 49a Chiltern Street, London W1U 6LZ.
On arrival at the front door of the building you will see a keypad on the right hand wall.
The door code is 3708. The light will go green; push the door to gain entrance to the building. At the top of the first flight of steps outside Flat 1, 49a Chiltern Street there is a cupboard, in the cupboard are 2 safes. Your keys will be in the bottom safe.
The safe code is Start 3708 Start. Enter the access code, you will hear a beep. Turn the knob to the right in a clockwise direction to open the door within 5 seconds.
The keys to your apartment will be in an envelope with your name on. Please only take that envelope. Once collected please close and lock the safe door.

If an early check in or late check out is required we will do our best to accommodate where we can; charges may apply. Additional charges will also apply if the apartment is not vacated at the specified check out time.
