All our apartments operate on a self-check-in and check-out basis. The following details are critical for gaining access. Upon arrival at the building entrance, enter the 'Property Entrance Code'. Once you have entered the code at the door, in order to enter the property. you have 10 seconds to open the 2nd glass door. Proceed to your apartment and input the 'Apartment Entrance Code' on the key safe lock located next to your apartment door. Retrieve the apartment key from inside the safe lock. Ensure that the key safe lock has securely closed and that your 'Apartment Entrabce Code' has been removed.

Be aware that you have up to 48 hours to report any damage to the apartment or any fault equipment, otherwise, we will assume that everything is in order. Upon check-out, in case there are any damages, it will be charged the cost to replace/repair them. We do make available a copy of the inventory for your access upon request.
If the Guest is found to be smoking and/or vaping in the apartment or building, the guest will charge an additional fee of £300, which could also include additional cleaning costs.
Please note that out insurance policy does not cover any personal belongings of the tenant (guest) or any other occupiers of the property.
