The entrance to Flat A is located at the rear of the property on Little Brewery Street. The road is a dead-end and the property is located at the end on the left-hand side. You will see a parking bollard blocking the rear driveway and a red door at the end of the drive.
To enter the main back door, please enter the code C1239Y AND TURN THE HANDLE TO THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE.
There is a lock box located outside of your flat door. The lockbox code for Flat A is 2407. The flat is on the ground floor and can only be accessed by a flight of stairs.

The hot water tank is located under the kitchen sink but should not require any adjustment. If no hot water, please check the fuse board which is located in the cupboard in the living room.
The showers are electric. The heating is all electric and requires the mains to be turned on at the wall by each heater.
Our check-in time is from 3:30 PM to 8 PM only to ensure that our Guest Management Team can assist with any queries as the office closing time is at 8 PM. If you do check-in after 8 PM, unfortunately, our Guest Management Team will be unable to assist, and we would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions. Early check-ins and late checkouts without prior confirmation from us will be charged £50 from your security deposit.
