No security deposit required.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by email. Cancellation charges will correspond with the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of arrival. Transaction fees are non-refundable. Cancellation charges are as follows:
For stays of less than 7 nights: WRS must receive at least 7 days' notice prior to midday on the arrival date. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
For stays of 7-27 nights: WRS must receive at least 7 days' notice prior to midday on the arrival date. If less than 7 days' notice of cancellation is received, a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights' accommodation will be incurred.
For stays of 28+ nights: WRS must receive at least 28 days' notice prior to midday on the arrival date. If less than 28 days' notice is received, a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights' accommodation will be incurred.
For group bookings, WRS defines a group as being three apartments or more being booked in the same location for similar dates. The minimum cancellation charges that will apply per group booking regardless of length of stay are the same as for stays of 28+ nights as detailed above. |
