Our Time Square apartments offer self-check-in. We will leave you 1 set of keys in the safe situated inside the post room of the apartment building. When approaching the building you will see the main entrance called Empire House and there is also a silver keypad. The code to open the main building door is A3535. Please punch the code into the keypad to enter the building. This code is to be used only once, and thereafter please use the fob on the key set.
When you enter the building walk down the corridor and turn to your first left, where you will see the post room door. Please enter post room (photos overleaf).

Once you are inside the post room turn to your right and you will see the post box for all the apartments. Please go to the post box for your apartment. (please see below)
The post box is unlocked so please open up. Inside you will see a small safe which has your keys inside. The code for this key safe is (please see below)
On the keyring, there are 3 keys. The round top key is for the main building of Empire House and you should use this key henceforth and not the code, the square top key is for the top lock of your apartment, and the silver key is for the bottom lock of your apartment. Once you have your keys please place the safe back into the post box, close post box and return to the main reception hall.
** PLEASE ENSURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE YOUR KEYS BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY. IN THE EVENT YOU LOCK YOUR SELF OUT OF THE APARTMENT AND HAVE TO CALL US OUT FOR YOU TO REGAIN ACCESS, YOU MAY INCUR A CALL OUT FEE OF £75 +VAT **

Sky channels are provided at no extra cost for your enjoyment. We have a specialist package which includes over 400 unique channels: 66 channels in HD and 70 international channels from you to choose from - including all Sky Cinema, all Sky Sports and all Sky Entertainment channels.

Your weekly cleaning service will be between Tuesday - 9am & 5pm. (On the rare occasion this day or time needs to be changed you will be notified accordingly) This will include the changing of your bed linen, towels, and a clean of your apartment. Please note that cleaning service will only be after 7 nights stay. Refuse will also be collected and removed by the housekeepers during this time.
Please ensure your apartment is as tidy as possible for their visit to enable the best possible clean to be carried out. Obstructions can make it difficult for them to perform their duties effectively. In the event the housekeeper arrives and is sent away by a guest, we cannot guarantee that they will come back later that day due to their schedules. However, if for any reason our housekeepers arrival may be inconvenient at a particular time please inform us in advance and we will always try and work around this.
Parking is free for residents of Times Square Apartments. Please book your car parking with our Reservations team no later than 4 days in advance of arrival. We will require the car registration details.
A parking permit showing your exact bay number which you have been allocated will be placed in your apartment in an envelope on top of the sky box by your tv in your lounge area. You must only park in your allocated bay. Additionally, this permit must be displayed on your window screen at all times. Failure to do so will result in a ticket being issued by a third party that we will not be responsible for. In the event you have booked parking and on arrival cannot locate your permit in your apartment please call the Guest Services Team ASAP – 0800 024 8914 (or out of hours 07402 208 111)
All of our apartment types at all locations are strictly no smoking . INSIDE ALL APARTMENTS Guests found to be smoking, or evidence of smoking either during your stay or on departure will incur an instant fee of £180. Guests will also be fully responsible for any damages/burns, additional cleaning or
refurbishment work required from smoke damage. Any re-charges applicable will be made to the credit card details held or deducted from any deposit held.
