**Important:** Please note, Number 82 The Unthank operates off a keyless entry system comprising of two codes. One is for the key management system (to obtain your apartment key) which is located on the wall in the Concierge office. The Concierge office is located within the small extension off the main car park with the door to enter it sign posted. All guests are required to report to the Concierge office on arrival to collect the keys to their serviced apartment. To enter the Concierge office, please use the code 2476.
Upon entering, the key management system is to your right on the wall opposite.

To access your apartment key, please enter the code 8761 on the touch screen and press the green button to open the lock. Once the lock opens, please press the (green) tick button on the screen in order to remove your key. Your apartment is on the ground floor at ENTRANCE 3. There is a site map located to the right of the key management system which shows where ENTRANCE 3 is located. Upon checking out please return your key to the key management system and enter the code 8761 to open the lock and safety return the key
