Payment Invoices will be sent 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments to be made 14 days before arrival date. Security Deposit A charge of £50 per person is applicable to adults and children of 16 years and above (children of 15 years and under are exempt). Please be advised that only ONE cash or credit/debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted and the lead guest will be responsible for the conduct of the occupants. Where damage and disruption occurs the Operator reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the lead guest. Security deposits will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s). Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made up to 28 days before arrival date. Within 28 days of arrival, all payments made are non-refundable. Parking Parking is allocated on a first come, first served basis when checking into the apartments at £12 per car, per night. However, there is plenty of car parking facilities around the apartments. Additional Information All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. |
