CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Please turn into the second barrier on your left opposite Aldi car park entrance. The access code for the car park is 1958 then E for enter.
Your parking bay is the second bay on the left marked 145 on the kerb.

The entrance to the apartment is on the opposite side of the car park and the door access code is as follows.

Press the lock button (bottom right of the key pad) then enter 19710 and the door will open. Take the lift or stairs to the 3rd floor and the apartment will be on your right if you have taken the lift or on the left if you have taken the stairs. Also there is a car parking permit in the apartment this must be displayed on the car ASAP.

Your Apartment door code is :65650.

Please enter the code and press the button at the bottom of the keypad. When leaving the property press the same button and the door will lock. Also, please note that for added security the smart lock will automatically lock itself if the door is left unlocked for more than 2.5 minutes.

We have a Smart Lock keyless entry for check in and check out. There is also Ring door bell used for check-in, check-out and security purpose. This is located on the front door of the property. There are no video or recording devices inside the property. A polite reminder, this apartment is located in a residential block so we have a strict no noise policy. There is a smart noise & party prevention device (www.minut.com) located inside the property to help protect our neighbours from noise. This device does not record.
