Please find below all the details you will need to check into your apartment on Sunday 17th September.

When you arrive at Riverside West, there is a main gate and a smaller pedestrian gate. If you are in your car, beep the horn and the security guard there will let you through – if on foot, there is a code for the pedestrian gate which is 1962.
Once through into the car park, our entrance door is just across the way. There is a small wooden ramp, and the door has 2 bay trees either side of it, (The entrance foyer is painted grey) this door also has a code which is 002576+enter.
Once inside, the lift is straight ahead and to the right-hand side.
Once inside your apartment, you will find a welcome pack in the fridge, with bread/milk/cereal etc, do help yourself to this.
Your keys and car park fob will be on the kitchen worktop, please park in the underground car park in one of the signed The Chambers spaces. The door code to get from the basement car park to the lift and up to your apartment is 9898 enter.
On the coffee table there is a welcome folder, this has information of the local area, restaurants, nearby supermarkets, and shops etc.
There is also an instruction booklet for the appliances, but if you have trouble with anything at all,please let us know.

If you need to contact our 24-hour reception at any time, (this is located at our 30 Park Place Chambers, only a short walk away) please call 0113 3863300 from an outside line or dial 9901 from your phone in the apartment.
On your day of check out please leave all your keys and car park fobs in the apartment to be collected by our team, check out is no later than 11am.
