Please read to the important information below to ensure a great experience for all.
Due to spread of latest variants and for the protection of our team and guests, face coverings are required in all Public spaces of the building, including Reception, lifts and apartment corridors.
Arrival - On arrival at the property, from 4pm to 9pm, please call 07974984584 and a Receptionist will come and check you in, handover key card, which will have been sanitized, whilst maintaining a safe distance.
Cleanliness – All the team follow government guidelines on regular handwashing. There are Hand Sanitizing points at the main entrance and at each lift lobby floor, and you are requested to use these as a matter of course during your stay. All high touch contact points in the apartments are cleaned and disinfected rigorously during each service and between occupancy, and all public areas are cleaned between departure and arrival times. Rooms require to be unoccupied for weekly servicing or maintenance, for the safety of all. Where this is not possible, social distancing must apply.
Departure - Please leave key cards on dining table when leaving in the apartment – Housekeeping will collect.
Questions / Queries – There is an evening Receptionist on duty each night, and a Housekeeping team during the day, however if you have any questions or queries please message using your booking app or email, or text message / whatsapp, or call to reach us on 07974984584, between the hours Monday- Sunday 14:00PM – 21:00PM.
In the event of an emergency such as loss of power or water please contact the Protection Team on 02477 657363 and let them know your Apartment number.

Housekeeping Rooms are serviced on departure or once per week during longer stays.
Hot Water Each apartment has its own domestic hot water system holding 125 litres which when used is replaced with cold water to heat, so please try to avoid leaving hot taps running. The system is set to heat water from 5am till midnight and a BOOST function available if needed.
FIRE We have weekly fire alarm tests, however if you hear a constant alarm, or if you discover a fire in your apartment, please leave your room, and raise the alarm at the nearest call point or dial 999. The lifts will ground during an alarm so please use the nearest stairs to lead you out of the building where the assembly point is next to Belgrade Theatre. It is very important that you make yourself familiar with the nearest fire exit.
Waste / Refuse The refuse store is on the ground level accessed via the door opposite the lifts where your key card will be required.
Checkout is 10:00AM – Please leave key card on kitchen table and Housekeeping will collect.
