Prior to check-in
Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments take credit card details on check-in. If there is any damage to the room then the apartment operator will calculate the cost of the damage with housekeeping. The guest will then be contacted by the apartment operator to arrange payment for the damage and all other costs that may result from it.
Booking cancellation and no-show and in house amendment charges are as below;
1 to 13 nights' stay: There is no charge and any reservation deposit will be returned, if a guaranteed booking is cancelled any time up to 12pm (noon) two days prior to the client's arrival date. Notice given after 12pm within two days of the arrival date will incur 1 night's charge.
14 to 30 nights' stay: 7 nights' notice is required before an arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. Failure to do so will incur 7 nights charge.30 and above: 14 nights notice is required before an arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. Failure to do so will incur 14 nights' charge.
The effective delivery date of a written cancellation request from a Guest will be the date of receipt of that request at Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments.
All apartments are non-smoking, and in-room burning of candles, incense, etc. is not allowed. In-room smoking or burning of candles, incense, etc. will incur a £100 fine. No parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
