Payment
Full payment to be made upon receipt of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before arrival date. Within 7 days of arrival, all payments made are non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of £20.00 per apartment is taken from guests' cards upon arrival.
Additional Information
Security: For security reasons only guests booked in are allowed access to the apartments after 10pm.
Smoking: All public areas and apartments are non-Smoking and a minimum of £100 will be automatically charged for fumigation.
Noise: Guests causing nuisance to other paying guests will be asked to vacate their apartments or make a compensatory payment.
Damage: in the event of malicious, wilful or negligence of room or other property damage, the apartment operator will charge the amount of any loss sustained, including business interruption losses, to the credit/debit card of the registered customer. Where payment by the customer was made by means other than credit/debit card, the apartment operator will pursue the matter through civil courts.
