IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR STAY – 415 CITY QUADRANT
City Quadrant operates a self-check-in service. Entrance to the development lobby is via a keypad to the left of the grey glass door, please enter:

Take lift to 4th floor, come out of the lift, turn left and proceed through communal door, turn right, and apartment 415 is on your right.
To retrieve keys, enter key code 2015 provided in your main check-in instruction into lockbox (open the key safe box, pull down the black cover, put in the code by spinning the buttons).
LINEN AND TOWELS
All bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. For stays of 11 nights or more only, guests are provided with an additional weekly clean and towel/bed linen change.
Pay and display 24-hour parking is available at the Grainger Town car park (NE1 4DP).
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN COURTYARD AS PARKING WITHOUT A PERMIT IS NOT PERMITTED AND THERE IS A STRICT CLAMPING POLICY IN PLACE.
HEATING AND HOT WATER
The control panel located in the hallway cupboard needs to be switched on for the individual wall heaters to work. Individual heaters will need to be switched on wall switch next to each one.
Hot water is via an immersion heater so please check it is turned on at the switch. Please remember that if the hot water has been switched off/used up, it can take up to an hour to run hot.
Waste disposal is on the ground floor – go through door next to the lift and then door on right.
There is a post box available for guest use on request.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
To help us ensure the property is ready for the next guests, please vacate the apartment on your day of departure no later than 10.00am.
Once you have shut the door behind you, please return the keys to the key safe box using the code provided and jumble the scroll so the code is no longer visible.
