Take lift to 6th floor, come out of the lift & turn left, proceed through
communal door & turn left, apartment 605 is on your left.
To retrieve the keys from the key safe box next to the apartment door, please enter the key code 5002 to gain access to your apartment key.
LINEN AND TOWELS
All bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. For stays of 11nights or more only, guests are provided with an additional weekly clean and towel/bed linen change.
PARKING
Please inform us as a matter of urgency if parking is required and we will arrange to leave a permit in the apartment for your use.
This permit allows you to park in an internal bay within the Grainger Town car park (NE1 4DP) only.
Please ensure the permit is always displayed on your dashboard whilst in this car park. Payment of any parking tickets issued due to failure to display will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN WATERLOO SQUARE AS PARKING WITHOUT A PERMIT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND THERE IS A CLAMPING POLICY IN PLACE
