A parking permit will be left in your apartment, for an internal bay within the Grainger Town Car Park (NE1 4DP)

Heating:
The control panel located in the hallway cupboard needs to be switched on for the individual wall heaters to work. Individual heaters will need to be switched on at the wall next to the heater.
Bin store:
Ground floor, go through the door next to the lift then door on right.
Post:
Postbox no 302 located in the mail room on the ground floor, to the right of the lift.
