UNIQUE ACCESS CODE - 13337 followed by the # code
On arrival to the building you will notice a small black box on the metal panel, please enter the main reception using your unique access code. (This code will not work on the metal part of the intercom system)
When you arrive at the door of your apartment you will see the same black panel next to the door handle, this is the smart lock.
Please press the touch pad and enter your code again.
This code can also be used to enter the building via the door in the car park and will remain valid for the duration of your stay.
Please take note that check in is available from 15:00 and our check out time is 11:00, if you wish to arrive or vacate outwith these times you will need to confirm this with us prior to making arrangements for travel as early arrival or late departure is not always possible. There is a charge for late check out and early arrival and should you not vacate on time you may be charged an unauthorised late check out fee.

PARKING
You must ensure your vehicle is registered to park with us, this can be done with the guest services team - please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure you are parked in the correct location and have notified us of your registration plate.
Brentford parking is located in the multi-storey underneath of the main building. Parking is not permitted outside the front of the property and you must ensure you park within a marked bay.
Parking is currently complimentary and can be accessed by using the code 7275#
Please do not park at the EV charging points unless you are using them to charge your vehicle.
