Payment
Full payment is payable upon receipt of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full cost of the booking.
For stays of 7-27 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights.
For stays of 28+ nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.
Early Departure
For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the guest€™s new departure date.
Please note: you may be subject to an increased rate band should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.
Security Deposit
While the apartment operator does not charge a deposit, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be sold due to said damages the apartment operator also reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented / photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure.

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. |
