Serviced City Pads is a rapidly expanding booking company for serviced apartments across the UK. We already have representation in a number of UK locations including apartments in Edinburgh, Birmingham apartments and London serviced apartments; and are looking to add new locations such as Oxford, Sheffield and Brighton.

Our business is a mixture of leisure customers who are looking for a UK city break either with their partners, friends or families; as well as corporate clients who are working away from home on business. It seems that staying in serviced apartments are becoming seen as a valid alternative to customers who previously booked a hotel room and didn’t realise the benefits that an apartment offers – namely more space, comfort and informality than the four walls of a London hotel room. Guests have got used to staying in a hotel, and amazingly many customers we speak to no longer really enjoy their stays but aren’t aware of what staying in a short stay apartment can offer – a home away from home. Infact our company logo is “where hotel meets home” and we think this really represents us as a company and what we offer the customer.    

We are a good company to do business with as we have a Can Do attitude, are a young company and have a dynamic team people with safe hands to handle enquiries. We also have an extranet site that allows the apartment operator to enable their apartments to be booked online. This seems to be the way that a large number of bookings are being made (certainly leisure bookings), although we do understand that some operators (generally those with a small number of apartments within their portfolio) prefer to take bookings on a manual basis – in this case, we will always check availability with the Operator before confirming with the guest. We are happy to work in both of these ways, but the ability for the customer to book online offers an obvious advantage.
