The current exhibition highlights the dynamic relationship between football and fashion, documenting the rocky journey from “kop to catwalk”. This is more than a slideshow of football kits – you’ll be looking at the threads owned by mods and skinheads, in addition to the iconic clothes worn off the pitch by some of the sports’ biggest stars.

A trip to the National Football Museum is an experience for all the family, even if none of you like football. The sport has been a fundamental part of British social history, so people from all walks of life will have memories triggered by the exhibits and interactive games. For little ones there is a specially designed Discovery Zone where they can dress up and play, whilst big kids will love practicing their commentating skills in the Match of the Day Challenge.
