Serviced apartments are still available in Liverpool for the night Wretch 32 plays the O2 Academy. Serviced apartments are an increasingly popular choice for those travelling around the UK, and if you will be coming to Liverpool to see Wretch 32, serviced apartments could be the ideal accommodation. Here at Serviced City Pads we have a range of serviced apartments in Liverpool that can be seen by visiting the Liverpool city page on our website.

Wretch 32 will be playing the Liverpool O2 Academy on the 20th October 2011 and there are still serviced apartments available for that night. Wretch 32 is the stage name of rapper Jermaine Scott, a new star of the UK music scene. Wretch 32 announced his arrival with his debut single “Traktor” which reached number 5 in the UK singles chart. The track is propelled forward by an incredibly catchy beat and sees the Wretch accompanied by the singer known only as L on the infectious chorus. The single was mainly released in digital format (though there was a limited vinyl release and apparently a CD, whatever that is…) and featured no less than 8 versions of the song. Wretch 32’s next song was similarly brilliant, particularly if you are a fan of the Stone Roses as the song is pretty much built around a looped sample of the mercurial Mancunians’ classic “Fool’s Gold”. The number 2 single “Unorthodox” featured the vocal stylings of fellow rapper Example and has lyrics about standing out from the crowd, being an individual, not playing by anyone else’s rules, etc. The video reinforces this powerful message, with some people dancing in unorthodox ways, a tattoo artist, and some people with, you know, piercings and stuff. Did I mention that they ride bikes? – they do, they literally ride bikes in the video – see it! Wretch 32’s most recent single, “Don’t Go” gave him his first number 1. It features the singer Josh Kumra, and is a heartfelt love song that has truly cemented Mr 32’s place in the mainstream. This success has led to his second album “Black and White” doing very well in the album charts, peaking at number 4 but continuing to sell. It will be interesting to see what 32 does next – anyone who will be attending his live shows should be able to hear some new material, as well as enjoying the hits that have established Wretch 32 as one of the most exciting artists around.
