Serviced City Pads are proud members of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP). ASAP was established in 2002 as the key industry body representing the serviced apartment sector in the UK.
ASAP provides a great definition of what a serviced apartment actually is:
“Serviced Apartment is the umbrella term for a type of furnished apartment available for short-term or long-term stays, which provides amenities, housekeeping and a range of services for guests and where most taxes and utilities are included within the rental price”.

ASAP Quality Assessment ensures members of the ASAP who have been accredited are compliant with core legal, health & safety practices and provides the industry with a means of measuring and comparing the quality of Serviced Apartments. Being a member of ASAP and displaying the marque means we have participated in the Quality Assessment Program and have successfully achieved accreditation.
We work under the association’s Code of Conduct and have demonstrated that we have achieved a high standard of compliance and quality require by the Quality Assessment Programme. This lets our clients know that we consistently aim to deliver the highest standard of service.
