Response and Delivery

When you enquire with our team whether through email or telephone we will get the best options for your stay. We simply require the dates you are looking for, how many guests and anything else you require, such as parking facilities, a work desk or in a particular location close to your office or work site. Once we have this, our reservations team will source the relevant apartments or other self catering accommodation we can offer for your stay. We send this to you via an email with the price, location and links to further information for the accommodation.

Keeping you on track

Once you have booked, we will confirm this booking by sending through a confirmation. You will also be made aware of the next steps you need to take. For all of our bookings we will send check in details for yourself or your colleague. This will outline everything you need to know, in order to have a smooth check in, whether there is a reception team, or it is a self check in. Our team are also available to answer your questions along the way.

Staying in touch
Once you check in, we are always on hand to answer any questions you have and solve any queries you may have along the way. Should any problems arise during your stay, our team and your dedicated account manager will be on hand to help you with any issues. This is very important to us as we want to always ensure that all our clients have an excellent stay throughout, and keep in touch to make sure this is always the case. The team will also send a notification when your stay is coming to an end to keep you aware and updated throughout.
