At serviced city pads, all we ask from our clients is that they contact us with the requirements they need, this could simply be the location you need and for how long, or further requests tailored to your needs, whether this is parking for a large work vehicle, desk space in your apartment and other requirements during the stay. What we do is take this information and find apartments and other self catering accommodation suited for your needs and in a location that is close to where you will be working. This allows you to carry on with your day whilst we do the searching! But what makes us unique is that we will not simply book you in and send you a confirmation, here at SCP we want you to have a perfect stay from the moment you book and this is why every corporate client will receive the following:
Once you book we will send you a confirmation detailing your booking and any special requests you have asked for. The confirmation will have the duration of your stay, the type of accommodation you have booked and the important information such as parking facilities available and cancellations policies that are in place. Should you have any further questions then the client account manager will be available to you to answer any question you have.
Client Account Manager
A client account manager will be assigned to you during your enquiry, what this person does is look after your company and your needs. When you book, your account manager will be there for any questions you have, any amendments to your booking that are required and to keep in touch throughout should you need any further assistance. It is important to us that our clients’ needs are taken care of as soon as possible; we want everyone to be taken care of and have the very best stay possible.
Check in details & Important Information
When your check in date is approaching we will have prepared check in details sent to you or your colleague detailing everything they need to know prior to arrival. This will include where you need to go, how you check in, local directions and a map for your convenience. We want our clients to arrive without any doubt of where they should go, or how they need to check in. This ensures that their stay starts off the way it should.
Check Out Reminder
With many of our clients booking for weeks at a time, sometimes even months, it’s easy to forget when you are due to leave or even mistake it by a day or two. We will offer a friendly reminder to you one week before your guest is due to leave, this ensures that everyone knows when the departure date is, and also helps you should they need to extend.
