She then worked with Peter Gordon in 1994 at the Green Street and again in 1988 at the Sugar Club, Soho. She also spent a year in Melbourne working for Stephanie Alexander as well as stints in New Zealand.

Anna has become a famous chef in her own right by opening and developin the critically acclaimed The Modern Pantry opened in August 2008, the Modern Pantry has gained two AA rosettes and been listed as a ‘Bib Gourmand’ in the Michelin Guide 2009. Anna is listed as being on of the top 100 up and coming chefs in the world.

Anna’s philosophy is driven by the desire to please and excite the palate by renewing everyday cooking with modern ingredients and global inspiration.
