The first single from her album was ‘Bleeding Love’ which once again broke records. It entered the UK charts and Number 1 and stayed there for 7 weeks. The song had the biggest first week sales of 2007. Leona even managed to make it to number 1 in the USA for 4 weeks, something not achieved by a British solo female artist since 1987.
Since Leona’s first year in the music industry, she has become a superstar across the world, backed by her former mentor Simon Cowell. He has helped her break the US market which is notoriously tough for British artists. Her performance in Nottingham is part of her first ever UK and Ireland tour and is sure to be a great night out.
