Stay in Birmingham when you visit Clothes Show Live 2009

The Clothes Show Live has become something of an institution over the last 20 years, 2009 sees the 21st Clothes Show Live taking place at Birmingham’s NEC between 4th and 9th December. It describes itself as the most stylish event in the winter calendar, with many high street and designer brands being showcased. But it’s not just about clothes, visitors will have a vast choice of hair and cosmetic products that they will be able to buy once they have booked a serviced apartment for their stay in Birmingham.

Tickets for Clothes Show Live can be bought by calling 0844 579 3178.

You can park your car at the NEC Birmingham for £8 per day. Alternatively you can leave the car at your Birmingham apartment and take a taxi to the NEC.

You should expect to see many celebrities during your Birmingham visit. The face of the show is former Hollyoaks star Roxanne McKee. Of course, there are always talent spotters for major modelling agencies and many famous models have been previous discovered at The Clothes Show (most notably Sophie Anderton who famously fronted a Gossard bra campaign).

If you decide to go to all 6 days of the Clothes Show then it would make sense to stay in a spacious and comfortable serviced apartment in Birmingham city centre. An apartment in Birmingham will prove to be the perfect base for your visit to Birmingham and can be booked with Serviced City Pads. Serviced City Pads is a well established booking company for serviced apartments in Birmingham and has a wide range of apartments across Birmingham city centre to suit your needs, whether you are staying with family, friends, or visiting on your own. There are studio apartments as well as larger apartments that suit larger groups for your visit. If you happen to be exhibiting at Clothe Show Live we will also be able to book your accommodation. Staying in a hotel in Birmingham for 1 or 2 nights is ok, but for 6 nights (and potentially more if you have to set up your stand and equipment) it would make sense to book an apartment as this will offer more space than the four walls of a hotel room. If you are staying for a week you will probably want to cook your own food, watch TV in the apartments living room and relax on the sofa. Of course you wouldn’t be able to do any of this if you stay in a hotel in Birmingham unless you have a large suite and this would prove to be considerably more expensive than an apartment. Apart from the additioanl space benefits that an apartment in Birmingham offers, it would be fair to say that there are also economic benefits. If you are part of a team or family visiting or working at Clothes Show Live, the cost per person will work out to be a lot cheaper than everybody having to book their own hotel room, and you will still have your own privacy as well as the communal areas of your serviced apartment. It’s a bit like a home away from home, infact Serviced City Pads motto is “Where hotel meets home”, and this really is the essence of a serviced apartment in Birmingham.

If you are interested in trying out a stay in a Birmingham apartment then you can call Serviced City Pads on 0844 335 8866. One of the reservations team will be delighted to help meet your requirements. You can also check us out at www.servicedcitypads.com.
