Staybridge Suites: Serviced Apartments or hotel?

Staybridge Suites have been operating in Liverpool’s Albert Dock for c.18 months and sit next to Jurys Inn opposite the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre, yet the question still remains are Staybridge Suites in Liverpool serviced apartments or a hotel? The Suites are classified as four star serviced apartments but i think it is fair to say that Staybridge view themselves very much as a hotel. You probably wouldn’t get this in a hotel and i don’t know of any other serviced apartments in Liverpool that have a similar offering.
