Visit London for Great British Beer Festival

So you are thinking of taking a short break in London? Perhaps there couldn’t be a better time to visit London than early August, as the Great British Beer Festival is back at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre from 3 – 7 August 2010. This London event is a chance to samples hundreds (although probably not all in the same day) of different ales, ciders and international beers. You will also have the chance to play traditional pub games, taste great food and listen to live music. It will be like going to the biggest and best pub in the world and make your holiday in London an unforgettable experience, although it could turn into quite a forgettable experience, but that will depend on how many of the beers you decide to sample.

Based on the fact that you may end up consuming a fair amount of beer during this London festival, the reservations team at Serviced City Pads would suggest that you book your London serviced apartment near Earls Court, or certainly stay in West London. If you decide to book a hotel in the city of London, then it could mean a long jouney across the capital when it may make more sense to stay in a west end serviced apartment.

We would also suggest that if you intend to visit the Great British Beer Festival for the 5 days that it is being staged, you may find it more comfortable to stay in a serviced apartment in London rather than a hotel in London. You will probably appreciate the extra space that you will get by staying in an apartment. Tickets for the festival can be booked via the Visit London website.

There are obviously plenty of other things that you can do during your stay in London. Some of the interesting things to do near to Earls Court include shopping along the Kings Road and Harrods, going to the Victoria and Albert Museum or seeing a performance at the nearby Royal Albert Hall. There is never a shortage of things to do during a London visit.

To book your serviced apartment in London go to Serviced City Pads for a wide range of accommodation across the capital.
