Situated just off the historic Royal Mile, for guests who appreciate quality, authentic style and genuine courtesy, they offer an entirely different accommodation experience.

The apartments operate similarly to a hotel with a 24 hour reception, daily housekeeping service, laundry and dry cleaning service. Guests also have the advantage of easy access to on-site secure car parking and on-site fitness suite. The apartments each have 1 double bed sleeping 2 people maximum. These apartments require a 2 night minimum stay during weekends and event periods.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund (minus the 15% non-refundable deposit paid to Serviced City Pads.) Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the booking cost. No-shows will not be refunded.

Security Deposit

A pre-authorization of £50 per apartment will be taken on check in to be held as a guarantee against any extra charges, such as telephone calls, or damages. Entry will not be permitted without this.
